CDP Urges Trial Chamber to Include Forced Marriage In Severance Order

In light of the up-coming hearing at the ECCC to determine the new scope of the first sub-trial after the original Severance Order was annulled by the Supreme Court Chamber, CDP issues a press release calling for the inclusion of forced marriage arguing that the underlying facts are representative of the full indictment and do not require many additional hearing days.
