Following the Supreme Court Chamber’s decision to annul the original Severance Order of the Trial Chamber to try certain charges in a first sub-trial (Case 002/01), this article discusses the chances of including forced marriage in the new Severance Order.

In light of the up-coming hearing at the ECCC to determine the new scope of the first sub-trial after the original Severance Order was annulled by the Supreme Court Chamber, CDP issues a press release calling for the inclusion of forced marriage arguing that the underlying facts are representative of the full indictment and do not require many additional hearing days.
