Civil Parties Silke Studzinsky and Sin Soworn respond to a remark made by ECCC Trial Chamber Judge Sylvia Cartwright at the occasion of a student lecture. Judge Cartwright asserted that gender crimes did not comprise a major part of the criminal activities of the Khmer Rouge regime.
